Valerie Toro is a South Florida real estate professional with a background in architecture and over a decade of living in Broward and Palm Beach County. She earned her Master of Architecture from Florida International University, where she developed a deep understanding of spatial design, proportion, and how the built environment shapes daily life. That training continues to inform how she evaluates homes today — looking beyond finishes to assess layout, light, structure, and long-term integrity. Having lived in South Florida for more than ten years, Valerie has witnessed the region’s rapid growth and evolving architectural landscape — from historic coastal neighborhoods to newer planned communities and equestrian estates. She appreciates the rare balance this area offers: country scale and coastal light, refinement and ease. Her interests in architecture, wellness in the built environment, and long-term property value influence her approach to real estate.
